How does that vicious cycle end? Certainly not be thinking as that has obviously not worked. You find relief by feeling. The best way to do this is to quite the mind for a few moments at a time so that your body has space to feel. Meditation is a great way to quiet the mind, but if you have trouble with this, hypnosis works just as well, and for some, much better. Through hypnosis, your mind could be focused on “walking on a beach and feeling the soft sun on your face as your feet are massage by the warm, soft sand”. As an example, your facilitator would then help you ask your body to feel “free of all things that no longer serve you”. You know, "ask nicely"... in the same way you would ask someone else in a nice way to do something for you. When you treat your body with the same respect, you'd be surprised how well it responds! And finally, your body will have no choice but to feel “at ease, healthy and harmonious”.
